YOGA @ CINDY'S, INC. TEACHER TRAINING FACULTY - WINTER/SPRING 2017

We are pleased to introduce our panel of experts that will be your Teachers.  Additional Faculty to be announced.

Cindy Ja, E-RYT 500
Director of Teacher Training, Primary E-RYT, Curriculum Manager

Asanas, Vinyasa Flow Style, Teaching Methodology(includes principles of demonstration, observation, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher, assisting and correcting and the business aspects of teaching Yoga)

Cindy holds degrees in Economics and Communications and is a certified Yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500hr level(E-RYT 500).  She has been practicing Yoga for the past 11.5 years and teaching since June 2003.  Since becoming a yoga instructor, Cindy has taught yoga abroad in Asia, as well as all over the Bay Area, teaching over 4,000 classes.  In April 2006 she opened Yoga @ Cindy's, Inc.  As President and Director of Yoga @ Cindy's, Inc., Cindy has lead six Teacher Trainings and has personally certified, mentored and empowered many teachers.  She has studied and practiced with many great teachers over the years - both "famous" and "local".  What she has learned is that every teacher has something to offer, no matter how "famous". Cindy loves to teach Vinyasa Flow classes that are challenging yet relaxing at the same time - building up the  intensity slowly and steadily to a peak, and then gently  bringing you back down, leaving you with that yoga buzz.  Yoga has taught her that we all have the power to choose a life that will make us happy, we just have to be present enough to listen.
