She has studied and practiced with many great teachers over the years - both "famous" and "local". What she has learned is that every teacher has something to offer, no matter how "famous". Cindy loves to teach Vinyasa Flow classes that are challenging yet relaxing at the same time - building up the intensity slowly and steadily to a peak, and then gently bringing you back down, leaving you with that yoga buzz. Yoga has taught her that we all have the power to choose a life that will make us happy, we just have to be present enough to listen.
